well that’s true, unless you live in a small town where everyone knows each other by first name, the store keepers and cashiers know their customers and vice versa….it’s really different. Then we the customers are supporting our friends and they the shopkeepers are trying to help us get what we need. But I do like bartering and sharing a lot…giving things away…receiving gifts…it’s all about context.

We had an abused horse named “Suzy” who tried to kill me by running my head into a pole. Over the next 17 years my family loved her. Gradually she came around to love us too. My father spent thousands trying to save her. Anyway she would have loved this picture! such freedom & beauty captured in the above photo. Absolutely GREAT! JDM

When I first met HiHo when he was young lad, newly arrived here, he was very insecure and basically a pain on the butt for me to be around. I rejected him emotionally and wrote him off. To see what he has become under your gentling and loving hand is a true inspiration to me, Stuart. thanks for another lesson!
