How To Help

Adi Da Samraj with a horses
Adi Da Samraj at the Holland zoo, 1996.
Here are three ways you can support Fear-No-More Zoo:

1. Tell people about Fear-No-More Zoo

2. Make monthly financial support

Monthly support is essential to providing a fear-free circumstance for the animals. It allows us to provide a balanced and intelligent circumstance in which people can visit the zoo and enjoy a sacred understanding of non-humans.

Your monthly support will pay for feeding the animals, giving them professional veterinary care, and maintaining their environments as beautiful and healthy spaces in which to live, contemplate, and receive their human visitors. You can donate by mail or online via PayPal:

US$100/mo.

US$50/mo.

US$25/mo.

US$10/mo.

US$5/mo.

3. Help fund a zoo project

Your donation of any size, by check or credit card (see button at left) will help fund a development project and make a lasting impact on the zoo.

Current projects as of June 26, 2007 include:

  1. Bactrian Camel Habitat
Expansion and upgrade of our Bactrian Camels' environment, including new barn, bridge across the creek, upgraded hillside pathways. We will be greatly increasing the size of the living area for our four camels, to provide them with open grasslands, woodlands and lakeside access Cost Estimate: $80,000
  2. Giant Aldabran Tortoises Habitat
We have two very energetic 16 year old Aldabran Tortoises, Yes and No. They are now outgrowing their habitat and housing. New, enlarged pasture and all weather housing for these two will cost about $60,000.
  3. Chameleon Garden Houses
We have 2.5 climate controlled greenhouses for our Jackson's chameleons. The third greenhouse, now half finished now, and intended as a nursery for young chameleons, is in need of an additional $5,000 to complete.
  4. Llamas & Emus & Mini Horses
A new, expansive, mixed habitat for these three animal groups to co-exist and enjoy life together. Mixed habitats of this type allow for a much more interesting and varied life existence than single species situations. The different species learn from each other, exchange energies, and psychically more challenged and enriched. Completion of this habitat will cost about $10,000.
  5. Exotic Finch House
A spacious indoor/outdoor finch house for housing a variety of exotic finches and soft-bills. This will be an exquisite "garden house" of plants and birds, water-features and walk-in human visitors. It will offer a Contemplative experience that will nurture and deepen one's connection to this exceptional group of birds. Cost Estimate: $35,000 (1st phase), $40,000 (2nd phase).
  6. Fear-No-More Gardens
Ongoing development and beautification of the Contemplative Gardens of Fear-No-More Zoo. Includes, pathways, bridges, step and bridge building, native brush and tree plantings, oak tree care, lawns, herb gardens, food trees, signage, habitat land-scaping. Costs are ongoing...
  7. Formal Fear-No-More Zoo Entrance Upgrade
Plants, stonework, signage, pathways. Cost estimate $3,000
  8. Endangered Fijian Iguanas - Research and Breeding
Grants being sought. Please see the Fiji page or contact us for more information.
